Shipping Policy

At Dog Stick Library, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following shipping details before placing your order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 14 days of purchase.
  • Stick bundles and stick refills may have different processing times.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take extra care in shipping our products and purchase shipping insurance on all packages. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Theft or missing packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us at hi@thatdogtito.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos of any damage.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
  • If you notice an issue with your shipping details, please email us immediately at hi@thatdogtito.com.

7. Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Carrier-related issues.

If your package has been delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us at hi@thatdogtito.com.
