  • Some products (such as unfinished versions) require customer maintenance, including painting or sealing, to withstand outdoor conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and major credit cards.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
  • Any applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • There are errors in pricing or product descriptions.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Payment is not successfully processed.

If your order is canceled, you will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States only.
  • Standard processing time is up to 14 days, except for stick bundles and stick refills, which may have different processing times.
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • All orders are shipped with insurance. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within X days of delivery with order details and photos of the damage.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases of damaged or defective products upon arrival.
